Dementia Awareness Week 17th-21st May & The Gift of Years Fundraising Appeal

The Gift of Years Team would like to invite you to pray with us during this Dementia

Awareness Week and beyond, for people living with dementia and their carers. Many of us

have or have had family members or friends who are affected by dementia and know

something of its difficulties and challenges.
