SATURDAY 5TH SEPTEMBER
Our annual Church leaders' and ministry leads, spouses and children BBQ will be on Saturday 5th September from 4-7pm, £7.50 per adult, children no charge. We had a wonderful time last year and are looking forward to another chance to relax and enjoy delicious food and fellowship together - we really hope you can be there.

global week of 24-7 prayer
6th - 13th september
From 6-13 September 2026, the global church is invited to pray non-stop in every nation on earth in the Global week of Prayer. We sense God's invitation to unite together and lift up the name of Jesus here in Rugby.
Thank you to those who have already said they will be involved in hosting a physical prayer space. Could your church be part of this - advertising and attending the week of prayer prayer spaces; hosting a prayer space for a whole or half day; co-hosting a prayer space with other churches in your geographical location? Do let us know.
We will run a prayer zoom room from 8pm-8am each night and we are looking for physical prayer spaces from 8am-8pm each day that week.
A morning with Phil Knox
Tuesday 13th October
JOIN US FOR A Continental breakfast from 8-9am at one regent street, after which Phil will speak. Phil is an evangelism and missiology senior specialist at the Evangelical Alliance. There will be a small charge of £5 to cover costs. The morning will conclude at around 11am. If you can't make breakfast but can arrive around 9am please feel free to come along
Phil said, "There is significant evidence to suggest that the seasons have spiritually changed in the UK. It’s not quite revival, but winter has turned to spring. And a new season requires a new posture for us as leaders. We’ve been gathering stories and data over the last 18 months and have collated some themes around how people are coming to faith at the moment and exploring how we can tweak our ministries to make the most of the opportunities we have. Especially we will look at:
Responding to those drawn to our church having had spiritual experiences.
Sharing the good news with those who come to our food banks and toddler groups and other social action ministries.
Developing cultures of relational witness.
Colossians 4 encourages us to make the most of every opportunity as doors open for the good news. Our prayer is that we don’t miss the moment, but join in with the brilliant thing God is doing."
Please extend an invitation to those in your leadership team, youth and home groups leaders etc etc. Please note, morning will be held on the top floor of No1 and access is only via stairs as the lift will not be installed by then.
It is realy great to have a number of things to look forward to - thank you to those who are hosting and making these things happen.
MEN’S BREAKFAST
SATURDAY 10TH OCTOBER
On Saturday 10th October, we welcome men from churches across the town to gather at Bilton Evangelical Church for breakfast rolls, fresh coffee, and great company.
We are delighted to be joined by guest speaker Dr John Andrews. As a leader, teacher and author John has a passion to equip and inspire leaders as well as empower followers of Jesus into effective lifestyle and service.
